Colorado Senate bill 49 would exempt drivers from having to use turn signals in roundabouts

Turn signals would still be encouraged

DENVER - Do you use your turn signal when changing lanes in a roundabout or exiting a roundabout?

Colorado state law requires that you do so, but that may change.

Colorado lawmakers are voting on SB-049. While it exempts drivers from using their turn signal within a roundabout, it still encourages them to do so.

The bill has been approved by state Senators, it's being heard in a state House committee on Wednesday.
