COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A transient picked the wrong garage to rob on Monday.

Police said when Michael Wright, 35, went into a garage in Colorado Springs and started taking various items, the homeowner saw him, tackled him and held him until police arrived.

Witnesses said the homeowner, Frank Giunta, put Wright in a MMA-style hold, described as some as "much like a monkey on his back."

Other neighbors got involved and helped hold Wright until officers arrived. There are reports that one woman held Wright at gunpoint.
