DENVER - Cherry Hills Village has been named the “Best Place to Live for Suburbanites.”

Coldwell Banker Real Estate ranked cities across the county based on attributes such as access to amenities (grocery stores, banks, etc.), proximity to good schools, outdoor activities, employment opportunities, traffic conditions and community safety.

Cherry Hills Village won the top spot in the survey because of its nearly 100 percent home ownership rate and less than 20 minute average commute.

It's also the city where Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning bought a home for $4.575 million according to TMZ.

The other cities in the top 10 were Clyde Hill, Washington; Haworth, New Jersey; Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey; Wolf Trap, Virginia; Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey; Indian Hills, Kentucky; East Grand Rapids, Michigan; Rossmoor, Calif.; and Huntington Woods, Michigan.

Genesee, Colo. was ranked 99th in the list of the 100 suburbs.
