DENVER -- The City of Denver is making changes to the loop in Washington Park.
After having public meetings and conducting surveys with residents about safety concerns, a new design on the loop is underway.
The four-week project is scheduled to start Monday.
The two-mile stretch will soon include separate lanes for walkers, fast wheels, slow wheels and cars.
The city will also be adding better signage.
