Capitol Hill serial coin-op laundry burglars wanted

DENVER - Security footage links two men to at least seven burglaries of coin-operated laundry machines inside Capitol Hill apartment buildings, police say.

The suspects' pattern involves forcing entry into the buildings, and then into the washing and drying machines inside, Denver police said in a Crime Stoppers alert.

Both suspects are men. In the surveillance photos police shared, one balding suspect was wearing dark pants, a black Carhartt jacket with a hood and a shirt with a multi-colored logo that was obscured by the jacket. He also wore a hat in one of the images.

The other suspect has a buzz cut and is wearing a khaki hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans in the images.

Anyone with information about the burglaries or either suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
