FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Fort Collins police are now asking for the public's help in identifying a burglar who hit Beaver's Market in January and escaped with a safe.
Police said the burglar entered the business at 1100 W. Mountain Ave., at 5:38 a.m. A store employee discovered the burglary at 8 a.m., when he arrived to open the store.
Police found evidence of forced entry to the store and discovered a safe was missing, which contained an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police are seeking any assistance from the public in identifying the person of interest in two surveillance photographs. The images show a person in a hooded jacket that has distinctive stripes on the arms. It is unknown if any other suspects were involved in the burglary.
