Broomfield family finds missing woman, Julie Gumplo, about 80 minutes after police asked for help

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Broomfield Police say a missing woman was found Thursday morning by her family.

Julie Gumplo, 55, was last seen on Saturday. Police spokeswoman Joleen Reefe announced the department was asking for help finding Gumplo at 10 a.m. About 80 minutes later, she announced that family members had found Gumplo.

She routinely rides the RTD bus from the Garden Center Apartments near the area of Hwy 287 and Midway Boulevard to the Safeway at W. 120th Avenue and Main Street," Police said.

Gumplo is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length light brown hair that she routinely wears pulled up.  Her eyes are grayish/blue and she has a scrape on her nose that occurred recently. She has no tattoos or scars, police said.
