DENVER - Some lucky fans are going to the Super Bowl for free.
The Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes is sending the Denver Broncos designated driver of the year to the big game in the Big Apple.
This year's winner is 46-year-old Karin Cambria.
"I'm like beside myself I'm so excited," Cambria told 7NEWS reporter Russell Haythorn.
Cambria's trip to the Super Bowl was confirmed in an email after the Broncos won the AFC Championship game on Sunday.
"Congratulations! You're following your Denver Broncos to the Super Bowl," the email reads.
The program is simple.
"When you go to the games, you sign up, saying that you will be a designated driver, if necessary, for your friends and family," said Cambria.
Cambria took a vow to get whoever she attends the game with home safely. She's done so for years. In fact, she's only missed one home game in 15 seasons.
"I don't drink, so I might as well be a designated driver and get a free soda," she said.
The Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes works in partnership with the NFL and the Denver Broncos as well as other teams in the league. Cambria's Super Bowl trip is all expenses paid.
"Hotel, airfare and tickets to the game," she said.
She won two tickets.
"I'm taking my little sister," said Cambria. "I was excited, jumping up and down because the Broncos won. But, I am also winning and I am also going to the Super Bowl."
The Seattle Seahawks designated driver of the year is going to the Super Bowl as well.
