BOULDER, Colo. - Walmart is coming to Boulder this fall, according to The Boulder Daily Camera.

The retail giant is building a 'Neighborhood Market' at Diagonal Plaza, near 30th Street and Iris Avenue, the Camera reports.  The store is expected to be 52,000 square feet and include a full supermarket, household products, pet supplies and pharmacy services.

Right now, the closest Walmart stores to Boulder are in Broomfield and Lafayette.

Boulder residents protested previous attempts to build a Walmart in the city, but this time the plans made it through.
