BOULDER, Colo. - A 36-year-old man was arrested on a trespassing charge after he climbed to the roof of a local business to enjoy the rooftop hot tub on his birthday, according to Boulder police.
A ladder truck from the Boulder Fire Department was called to assist the suspect safely to the ground Thursday night.
