The Morgan County Sheriff's Office is investigating after they found the body of a missing 37-year-old woman.
The Fort Morgan Times reports that investigators are treating the death of Laurie Janae Teter as a homicide. Her body was found Wednesday.
Officials say Teter and her boyfriend had been living in a tent on farm ground. Teter was last seen walking away from the area after a physical altercation.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause and manner of Teter's death.
