A man's body was found floating in the Boulder Reservoir Saturday afternoon and police are trying to figure out what circumstances led to the body being found there.
The body was found by a passing bicyclist near the dam shortly after noon, Sgt. Tom Dowd with the Boulder Police Department told 7NEWS.
The body appeared to be that of an older man, around 50 years old, Dowd said.
Police are not sure how long the body was in the reservoir. No signs of foul play were found, Dowd added.
The Boulder County Coroner is working to identify the man.
