A private burial ceremony for a Blue Angels pilot who was killed in a crash was held Saturday in southern Colorado.
Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss, 32, was killed when his plane crashed near the Smyrna Bowling Center on June 2. That's about 30 miles southeast of the city of Nashville.
U.S. Navy officials said all six Blue Angels aircrafts were practicing for an air show when the F/A 18-hornet Blue Angels aircraft crashed shortly after take off.

The body of Capt. Kuss arrived Friday on the Blue Angels' C-130 Hercules transport plane.
Residents lined the streets to honor the Durango native as the motorcade passed through the city.

The private motorcade of family and friends started the procession at 11 a.m. and traveled from 32nd Street south down Main Avenue to Greenmount Cemetery, according to a statement released by the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The ceremony included a flyover by the Checkerboards, which was Kuss' unit before he joined the Blue Angels.
Kuss leaves behind his wife and two young children.
