Benefit for theater shooting victims: See 'Thor: The Dark World' tonight at the Aurora Movie Tavern

AURORA, Colo. - Tuesday night there will be a movie screening of 'Thor: The Dark World' to benefit victims of the Aurora movie theater shooting.

The screening is at 7 p.m. at the The Movie Tavern, at 18605 E. Hampden Ave., in Aurora.

A portion of ticket sales will go to Aurora Rise, a nonprofit founded in the wake of the mass shooting.

Tickets can be purchased for $10 at www.aurorarise.org/thor or at the door.

Aurora Rise organizers say they are committed to helping victims through small acts of assistance, especially during the upcoming trial.
