GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. - A bear entered a Glenwood Springs residential garage through a door that had been left ajar and ripped down shelves and got into a freezer.
The Glenwood Springs Post Independent reports (postindependent.com ) the incident occurred Wednesday.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife has set up a trap for the bear and plans to relocate it unless it has a tag indicating it has been captured before for causing problems.
Wildlife officials euthanize problem bears.
Officials say this incident alone would not condemn the bear. Only bears that enter a home through a locked door or locked window are considered aggressive.
