AURORA - A Lotto ticket worth $6.37 million that was sold in Aurora two weeks ago has been claimed.
A woman from Aurora claimed the winning ticket in the July 17 drawing and took the $3.8 million lump-sum cash option, Colorado Lottery officials said Wednesday.
The winner, whose name has not been released, told lottery officials she still plans on finishing her bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. She also said she would like to pay off her house and share some of her winnings with her two grown children.
The winning ticket was sold at King Soopers at 4271 South Buckley Road.
