Aurora movie shooting suspect, James Holmes, is out of hospital, back in jail
Sources say Holmes was hitting head on wall, floor

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. - The man charged with the Aurora movie theater shootings is back in jail after a trip to a hospital.
While attorneys would not say why James Holmes was hospitalized, sources told 7NEWS it was because in the past several days Holmes purposely hit his head on the wall and floor of his cell. He did not suffer obvious physical injuries.
The concern is not about his physical health, the sources said, but about his demeanor. The sources also said it was not a suicide attempt.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department said Holmes was returned to jail by Thursday afternoon.
Defense attorneys told a judge Holmes was taken to a hospital Tuesday and couldn't attend a hearing that had been scheduled for Thursday. The judge postponed the hearing until Dec. 10.
Holmes is charged with fatally shooting 12 people and injuring at least 58 in a crowded theater in July.
