AURORA, Colo. — The federal government just gave an Aurora brewery the green light to sell beer infused with cannabinoids.

With the recent approval, Dude’s Brews General Washington’s Secret Stash IPA could be sold in all 50 states. The brew does not contain the psychoactive ingredient THC.

Dad and Dudes Breweria, located at 6730 S Cornerstar Way, has had the brew on tap locally for more than a year, according to Men’s Journal. The owner has been working with the federal government to get the brew approved for sale across the nation.

The Aurora brewery is hoping to expand its cannabinoid-infused beer at the upcoming Great American Beer Festival in October.
