It's a chance for the community and local artists to give back in the wake of the movie theater tragedy.
The Art for Aurora benefit event aims to help offset costs for Aurora movie theater shooting victims.
Dozens of artists donated their time and talents to put their work on the auction block. T-shirts, paintings, sculptures and drawings are available for purchase.
The Art for Aurora event will take place Saturday, Oct. 13 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Gate's Field House at the University of Denver.
