Armstrong Hotel's longtime cat, Oreo, stolen from lobby

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - A search is on after a beloved hotel cat was stolen in Fort Collins.

Videos show two men taking the cat named Oreo from the Armstrong Hotel lobby on Saturday.

Oreo first came to the hotel in 2004. Since then, she has warmed her way in to the hearts of hotel guests and owners. There are even cat doors throughout the building that give her freedom throughout the day before she gets put in the executive offices for the evening.

According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, guests have expressed outrage and they've been sharing their anger on social media.

"Oreo, I can't believe someone stole you! I hope you come home soon!," wrote Fred Jennifer-Katherine Wax.

Some fans have even offered to help with a reward for Oreo's safe return.

"I am so sorry about Oreo. This breaks my heart," wrote Rebecca Thompson "I'd be willing to donate money for a reward. SCUM."
