ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. - Deputies say a nighttime arsonist is setting landscaping on fire in Arapahoe County.
There have been seven fires involving decorative landscape shrubbery since September, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office. The latest was Wednesday night.
All of the fires have happened between 9 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Six of the fires were on South Ouray Street, Court and Circle. One fire was on East Orchard Road.
Investigators are not so concerned about the shrubbery, they're more concerned about more serious damage or injuries happening if the fires continue.
If you know anything about the fires or the arsonist, please call the Sheriff's Office tipline at 720-874-8477.
