Apartment fire in Aurora leaves 17 homeless

AURORA, Colo. - Fifteen adults and two children are homeless after an apartment fire rendered four units uninhabitable in Aurora late Saturday morning.
Fire crews were called to 18064 E. Ohio Ave., at 11:30 a.m. on a 2-alarm fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished and the cause is under investigation.
Firefighters said the blaze started in the kitchen area of one apartment.
