COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A Fort Carson officer accused of trying to lure girls in Colorado to have sex with him has been arrested on a similar warrant out of Alabama.

Lt. Aaron Lucas, 31  was arrested Wednesday in Colorado on a warrant by Madison, Ala., police. El Paso County sheriff's officials say the warrant alleges enticement of a child and sexual child abuse of a child younger than 12 in 2002.

Lucas had been free on an $80,000 bond after being arrested in October on suspicion of charges including sexual assault, attempted sexual assault and indecent exposure in communities surrounding Fort Carson in Colorado.

The field artilleryman of Huntsville, Ala., was assigned to Fort Carson in 2009 and received the Bronze Star for valor during a deployment to Afghanistan.
