DENVER -- Good morning! Here's what you need to know today, Monday, July 17. 

1. RTD closures in Denver
There will be a full closure on Quebec Street between Smith Road and Sandown at the railroad crossing. RTD expects no service impacts on the A-Line or bus routes.

2. Fresh Foods Farm Stand
As the local harvest moves into in full swing, Denver Human Services (DHS) and Denver Botanic Gardens will kick off their 2017 Fresh Foods Farm Stand at DHS. The kickoff will highlight the availability of nutritious, locally grown food in neighborhoods that otherwise have limited access to fresh, healthy produce.  

3. CDOT calls on Weld County to ‘close the gap’ on seat belts
To bring attention to the high number of unbuckled fatalities in Weld County, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the North Colorado Medical Center will host event to encourage residents to "close the gap" and increase seat belt use in the county

4. Grand opening of “Las Delicias"
Founded in 1976 in Denver, Las Delicias has over four decades of experience in serving the best in truly authentic and delicious Mexican food. The restaurant is reopening their Uptown Denver today. The restaurant is located at 439 E. 19th Ave

5. A warm start to the week
Expect temperatures in the mid-90s Monday. We'll stay in the 90s for the next few days but slightly cooler temperatures are on the way by the weekend.
