JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo -- Three men were convicted Friday for a crime spree that began with a bank robbery in Lakewood a year ago.
They stormed a bank wearing Scream masks and escaped with over $50,000. While making their escape, the three men confronted a man at his Lakewood home, where they stole his vehicle at gunpoint and shot him three times.
They then drove to Sheridan where they again attempted to steal a vehicle, this time from a mother and her adult daughter, both of whom were physically assaulted; the daughter was shot in the hand.
The three men convicted are Tyrone Richardson, Miguel Sanders, and Myloh Mason. Sentencing begins Dec. 13
