DENVER - The 28th annual 'MLK Marade' winds through downtown Denver Monday.

The marade begins at City Park and makes its way down East Colfax Avenue to Civic Center.

The program begins with a viewing of President Obama's inauguration speech.

Gathering for the marade begins at 9 a.m. Monday at the "I Have a Dream" monument in City Park.

The program begins at 9:30 a.m.

Organizers are collecting children's books, old cell phones and non-perishable food items.

The cell phones will be refurbished and donated to shelters for battered women.
