AURORA, Colo. – Two people on a motorcycle were killed late Monday after they crashed into a van that pulled out in front of them.
The crash happened just after 11 p.m. near the intersection of South Parker Road and East Temple Drive.
Aurora Police say the two people on the motorcycle were headed northbound on South Parker when a minivan driving in the opposite direction turned left onto East Temple and out in front of the people on the motorcycle.
Both riders were ejected in the crash and taken to a local hospital, where they both died. Neither the driver nor a passenger in the minivan was injured.
Police say the van’s driver was cooperative and that it’s unclear whether alcohol factored into the crash. The two victims have yet to be identified.
