DURANGO, Colo. - The Southwest Drug Task Force announced two narcotics arrests Wednesday.
Jonathan Huehl, 30, was arrested for investigation of attempted distribution of a controlled substance. He's accused of selling methamphetamine and heroin, according to the drug task force. His arrest came after an investigation of several months. Huehl was charged on Tuesday, according to Lt. Pat Downs, Director Southwest Drug Task Force . Huehl was being held in the La Plata County Jail on a no bond parole violation.
Jay Gaskin, 33, from Durango, was also charged Tuesday in a separate investigation after task force officers said they found approximately 20 grams of heroin in the vehicle he was driving last month. He was being held at the San Juan County Jail in Farmington, N.M. on unrelated charges of possession of heroin.
