The Park County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting involving two brothers.
It happened Thursday night near Guffey, about 60 miles west of Colorado Springs, between Fairplay and Canon City.
KRDO-TV reported that a man shot and killed his brother, 22-year-old Morgan Vilters.
"One Park County officer suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound in the attempted apprehension of Tristan," the Sheriff's Office said.
Tristan Vilters, the second brother, also died. Investigators did not say how.
The Park County Sheriff's Office said no other information will be released on the situation until the investigation is completed.
