LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- Two people were arrested in connection to a Lakewood homicide over the weekend.
Toussaint Hampton, 22, and Kiantrenay Bell, 23, were arrested Tuesday morning in the shooting death of Phillip Peny, 44.
Peny’s body was found inside a car in a ditch near West 9th Avenue and Allison Street early Saturday night.
Police say the shooting was drug-related.
