AURORA, Colo. - A fire burned so quickly through a condo in Aurora on Monday morning that firefighters called a second alarm to get more help.
The fire started around 5 a.m. on North Quari Street between Peoria Street and 2nd Avenue, between Del Mar Park and Lyn Knoll Elementary School.
When firefighters arrived, they said there was heavy smoke and flames coming from the second floor of the multi-family building.
No one was inside when the fire started, Aurora Fire said.
Fire officials tweeted that only one condo was involved.
No one was hurt.
Firefighters said they are investigating the cause of the fire.
