DENVER – If your teen is looking for a summer job this year, there are several positions up for grabs at Elitch Gardens.
The downtown Denver theme park is hiring more than 1,500 employees for the 2017 season.
There are jobs open in more than 15 departments including maintenance, food service, park services, ride operations aquatics, games, warehouse, administration and retail.
Applicants can apply online at www.ElitchGardens.com/jobs. You must be at least 16 years old to apply.

And as an added bonus, you may get a chance to try out the park's new attraction. The Star Flyer, a swing ride that lifts riders 17 stories into the air, opens April 29.
