12-year-old boy missing in Aurora

AURORA, Colo. - Aurora police are searching for a missing 12-year-old boy who called 911 to report he had been kidnapped.
The call came from the vicinity of Mission Viego Park Thursday afternoon.
Police officers went to the park and found no evidence that a crime had been committed. They were canvassing the neighborhood Thursday night to see if anyone saw anything unusual or suspicious.
Police said the child's football coach last saw him waking through the park Thursday and nothing seemed amiss.
Police sent the following alert to residents:
"Aurora Police Department, CO Type of Case: Missing Child Date Launched: Thursday, October 03, 2013 A Child Is Missing: This is an urgent message from the Aurora Police Department. We are searching for a Missing Child in your area. The Person's name is: James Clark, an 11 year old Asian Male with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, 122 Pounds. He was last seen wearing: unknown, may be carrying a backpack. He was last seen near: Mission Viejo Park in Aurora … Thursday … at 5 p.m.. We need your help. Please check your yard, complex and vehicle.
"If you have any information about James Clark, please call the Aurora Police Department at 303-627-3100."
Police had not released a photo of the missing child by late Thursday. An Amber Alert has not been issued.
