AURORA, Colo. – A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after he was shot in Aurora Monday night.
Police said they responded to a home near the 400 block of South Kalispell Way at about 5:15 p.m. and found an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting aren’t clear and investigators said they’re interviewing witnesses and following up on leads. Police said there was not any threat to the public.
Police have not released the identity of the victim.
