1. Irma recovery continues
Crews continue to assess the damage and clean up after Hurricane Irma slammed Florida and the Caribbean. 

2. Betsy DeVos stopping in Denver
U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos is paying a visit to Autism House in Denver and the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs today. After that, she'll head to Nebraska.

3. Lawmakers to reveal healthcare plans
Sen. Bernie Sanders is releasing his plan for overhauling the nation's health care system while Republican senators plan to announce details of their latest plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.

4. Search continues for missing Georgia girl
Authorities believe Mayci Olschewske, 16, is in the Denver area. The teenager was last seen leaving her home in Canton, Georgia on the morning of Aug. 31, but she hasn’t been seen since.

5. Another day near 90
Expect temperatures near 90 degrees again today. Then things cool off a bit for the weekend, dropping into the low- to mid-70s on Saturday and Sunday.
