Hunter Shot To Death By Adult Son

Gunnison Shooting Deemed Accidental, Sheriff's Office Says

No charges will be filed in the accidental fatal shooting of a New York hunter in Gunnison County Tuesday afternoon.

According to the sheriff's department, Joseph DiBiasa Jr., 66, of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., was hunting on Fitzpatrick Mesa with a group including his 41-year-old son.
