Greeley chiropractor Jack Cody arrested on suspicion of sexual assault of female patient

GREELEY, Colo. - Police in Greeley have arrested a chiropractor on suspicion of sexual assault.

Jack Cody, 65, was arrested Monday at his home.

Investigators said a female patient called police on Saturday. The woman told police she had been receiving treatments for some time, and she felt Cody was becoming increasingly inappropriate during her sessions.

The victim told investigators that on Saturday, during an ultrasound treatment, Cody digitally penetrated her and touched her inappropriately, Greeley Police said.

Investigators are asking if anyone else who feels their treatments may have been inappropriately administered by Dr. Cody, that they contact police at 970-350-9600.
