THORNTON, Colo. -- A toddler is recovering in a hospital after falling about 15 feet from an apartment window Tuesday morning.
Authorities say the 3-year-old child fell early Tuesday on West 96th Avenue, near Huron Street in Thornton.
The child was conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital, Thornton police told Denver7.
A police investigation is underway.
