Sword fight in Loveland leaves one man seriously injured, another under arrest

LOVELAND, Colo. - A man was seriously injured over the weekend when the person he was fighting with attacked him with a sword.
It happened at the Madison Apartments in Loveland on Saturday at 12:23 a.m.
Loveland Police told 7NEWS the 38-year-old victim was hit in the forehead and on one hand with the sword.
The victim has serious injuries, but did not lose any limbs, police said.
Joshua McElrea, 33,was arrested on suspicion of felony assault, aggravated assault and menacing with a deadly weapon.
