Police arrest second man in slaying of 'belligerent' patron outside Lakewood bar

Victim reportedly annoyed other patrons at bar

LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Lakewood police have arrested a second man in connection with the slaying of a man who was reportedly being belligerent with other patrons at a bar early Sunday morning.
