GLENDALE, Colo. - A suspect accused of passing counterfeit $100 bills at Staples, Whole Foods and Sports Authority stores is under arrest.
Glendale Police reported Thursday that the suspect, identified as 38-year-old Ronald Fleagle, was captured two days after the department originally asked the public to be on the lookout for him.
Fleagle is accused of using the fake $100s to pay for an item under $20 at each of the stores. He is also accused of a felony violation of bail bond conditions.
Colorado Court records show that in addition to the current arrest, Fleagle has open warrants for drugs and forgery cases from Arapahoe County and a theft charge from Adams County.
