DENVER — An Embassy Suites guest was taken into custody early Saturday after refusing to leave the hotel late Friday afternoon, prompting a standoff with Denver Police.
The hotel, located at 7525 East Hampden Avenue, called police around 4 p.m. and evacuated other guests after the man refused to leave his room.
Police said the man is connected to a domestic assault and a stolen truck.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident or injuries at around 3:30 a.m.
