University of Denver students and staff are being warned about a second forcible fondling incident on campus.

The school issued a tweet shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday warning about the incident near East Asbury Avenue and  South Josephine Street.

A man grabbed a female student from behind and fled southbound on Josephine, according to Theresa Ahrens the Communications Manager at the University of Denver.

The student was uninjured.

The suspect was described as man wearing a black hoodie.

It was not clear if there was a connection to another case of unwanted sexual contact that occurred Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. near South High Street and East Wesley Avenue.

The suspect in that incident was described as being college age with a light complexion, standing about six foot tall and wearing a hat.

Campus Safety offers a walking escort for students, staff and faculty who do not want to walk on campus alone after dark.  Escorts will walk students to and from any location on campus.  To request an escort, call 303-871-2334.
