Suspect arrested for shooting that killed man found outside Denver Denny's restaurant

DENVER - Denver Police say they've arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man found in the parking lot of a Denny's restaurant at 1605 Federal Boulevard Sunday morning.

The suspect was identified as Taylor Ray Bandy, 19. Police tweeted that he was arrested for investigation of first degree murder.

Employees of the restaurant called Denver Fire shortly after 6:30 a.m. Sunday after seeing a bullet hole in the driver's side window of a vehicle.

Detectives says video surveillance cameras caught the white SUV pulling into the parking spot around 9 p.m. Saturday night.
