DENVER - Police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a juvenile male in northeast Denver on Tuesday night.
The shooting happened on Anaheim Way, just south of East 56th Avenue in the Montbello neighborhood, the Denver Police Department said via Twitter at 9:20 p.m.
The victim, described only as a juvenile male, was transported by ambulance to Denver Health Medical Center, police said.
He is now in stable condition, according to a tweet sent by Denver police around midnight.
No further information was immediately available, police said.
