Man stabbed in Denver attack has died

DENVER-- A man stabbed near a 7-Eleven on Monday night has died.

The man was attacked at 8:50 p.m. on South Federal Boulevard at Arkansas Avenue.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but he died, police said.

Denver Police said Tuesday morning that the case is being investigated as a homicide, but officers did not release any information about a suspect or suspects in the attack.
