DENVER -- Denver Police are investigating how a confrontation at a bar turned into a shooting and crash left six people in the hospital.
The situation started with incident at a bar in LoDo around 1 a.m. Friday.
Shots were fired and one person was injured in a parking lot.
A group of people got into an SUV to take the victim to the hospital. Police said the driver ran a red light, collided with another vehicle and rolled the SUV at 11th Avenue and Kalamath Street.
Police said five people in the SUV, including the shooting victim, were taken to the hospital.
Another person, who was in the vehicle that was hit at the intersection, was also hospitalized.
Police have not released any information yet on the suspect or suspects in the shooting.
