Four arrested for investigation of first degree murder at Denver Quality Inn

DENVER - Denver Police have announced the arrests of four people accused of murder in a shooting at a Quality Inn earlier this month.

The victim was shot in the parking lot of the Quality Inn at 3975 Peoria Street at about 3 a.m. on May 19. A woman who was with the man was hurt but was not shot, Sgt. Stephen Warneke said at the time.

The victims made their own way to Children's Hospital, where the man was pronounced dead.

Police identified the four suspects being held for investigation of first degree murder as Jacob Lozano, 21; Nicholas Davis, 34; Adrian Ornelas, 22 and Marlena Terazas, 18.Terazas is also being investigated for possession of a controlled substance.

Denver Police said photographs of the suspects would not be available until next week.
