A cyclist was injured Thursday after falling into a construction trench.
It happened at 31st Street and Arkins Court, near Brighton Blvd and 31st and the South Platte River Trail.
The cyclist fell into a hole that was five to six feet deep, according to the Denver Fire Department.
People nearby rescued the cyclist. We're told the victim was conscious with minor injuries.
