Denver Police are investigating one person in connection to a deadly shooting that took place in west Denver late Friday night.
Daniel Gutierrez, 30, was being held in connection to a homicide that happened in the area of West 2nd Avenue and Osceola Street at around 11:47 p.m. Friday, an official with the Denver Police Department said.
One man was killed, but his identity has not been released by police.
Gutierrez is being investigated for first-degree murder and second-degree aggravated assault.
